I listened to an interview on the radio this week where a former burglar was being critical of Google Maps Street View feature. Apparently it can be used by people intending to commit a crime to plan escape routes. Now I know that living in a small village in Suffolk can sometimes limit the speed of my internet connection but if I was considering a life of crime I certainly wouldn't have the patience to wait for screen loads to view an area. The idea that I would be able to walk through a potential scene of crime and plan escape routes is ridiculous. Google Earth and a real live walk through would be my advice although I don't have a great deal of experience in this area!
